1. Handcrafted Products

All items are handcrafted and carefully inspected before shipping. Slight variations are normal. Production begins immediately after order placement.
Orders cannot be canceled after 24 hours.

2. Shipping & Liability

We are not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or customs fees.
Once a package is handed to the carrier, delivery responsibility transfers to the shipping provider.

3. Returns & Refunds

Contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item.

Provide authentic, unedited photos of the product and shipping label.

Items must be unused and in original packaging.

All return shipping fees are paid by the customer.

⚠️ Fraudulent claims—including AI-altered or digitally manipulated images showing damage—will be rejected. Any attempt to use such images to request refunds or chargebacks may result in permanent account suspension and evidence being submitted to payment providers.

4. Prohibited Uses

Customers may not:

Submit falsified or AI-generated images to claim product defects

Abuse the refund or chargeback system

Engage in illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities on the site

Violations may result in order refusal, account suspension, and reporting to authorities or payment providers.

5. Payment & Pricing

We accept authorized payment methods displayed at checkout. Prices are subject to change without notice. Orders are processed after payment verification.

6. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes will be handled under applicable local regulations.
