Cancellation Policy

Order Cancellation Requests We process orders quickly to ensure fast shipping. You may request to cancel your order only if it has not yet been processed or shipped.

  • To request cancellation, email us at manwhatcanisay29@gmail.com with your order number as soon as possible.
  • We will review and respond within 24-48 hours.
  • If the order has already been shipped, cancellation is not possible — please refer to our Return Policy below.

Note: Once an order is shipped (label created), we cannot cancel it or intercept delivery.

Return & Refund Policy (for Delivered Items) All sales are final for perishable, custom, or fragile items (e.g., bird feeders, birdhouses, suet feeders, Pistons trophies, autographed merchandise, or collectibles). We do not accept returns for change of mind.

  1. Eligible for Return/Refund
    • Defective, damaged during shipping, or incorrect item received — full refund or replacement (we cover return shipping if our error is proven).
    • Report issues within 30 days of delivery with photos and order number.
  2. Not Eligible for Return/Refund
    • Change of mind or buyer's remorse (e.g., “wrong size/color” or “no longer needed”).
    • Items delivered and accepted without immediate reported defects.
    • Custom/handmade bird feeders or personalized Pistons trophies/merch after shipment.
    • Clearance/sale items, perishable bird food/seeds, or used products.
    • Returns without prior approval from us.
  3. Return Process (if approved)
    • All returns require our pre-approval via email.
    • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with tags intact.
    • Customer pays return shipping unless item is defective/wrong.
    • Refunds issued to original payment method within 7-10 business days after inspection.
  4. Proof of Delivery
    • We use tracked carriers (USPS, UPS, etc.). Delivery confirmation (tracking + possible photo) serves as proof. Disputes of “not received” will be reviewed with carrier evidence.
